Nomadic is the first highly professional cowork space in Lake Havasu City.

A coworking space was the third contest funded project within the Vision 2020 Plan. While moving forward on a permanent large-scale cowork space, The Partnership for Economic Development operated a pilot program called F106 for five years, to determine long-term needs, demand, and operational outcomes.

Nomadic broke ground in November 2020, with a goal of having the permanent coworking space open in Fall 2022. This project was awarded $400,000 from the ABC contest funds and was completed in 2023. This highly modern 9,051 square foot facility is the hub to 30-40 entrepreneurs, freelancers and remote workers in Downtown Lake Havasu City.
